an8086 Posted October 11, 2015 Report Share Posted October 11, 2015 Hello, My perm got denied three times since 2012, now I am seriously looking to change my employer. I have got 3yrs on h1b left. One of the reputed employer(top 10 gc sponsor) is showing interest in filing perm, however they have policy to file Perm after 1yrs of employment with them. So with the amount of period(h1b left) I've got, would it be risky to go with this employer? Please advice! Link to comment
