H1 B Extension - Interview Waiver program/Dropbox

Hi all,

 

I did my first H1 B extension using Interview waiver program/dropbox. I am going to initiate my 2nd H1 B extension and my Visa is getting expired on Jan 2016.

 

I am planning to do my stamping in Mar 2016. Am i eligible to do Dropbox for 2nd time or do i need to go for personal interview?
