prodm
Can I apply for green card application in EB2-NIW category from outside the US (Indian passport holder, studied and worked in the US for 7 years, recently relocating to Europe)? If yes, does this diminish the chances of getting approved? Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, you can. No change in your chances. Link to comment
JoeF
Of course you can. Where you currently live has no influence on it. Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. Yes, You can. 2. Prospects are only diminished if you do not use a top notch Law firm like the Firm of Murthy. Presentation is King. Link to comment
balance_snapshot
agree with JoeF and pontevecchio. I had similar situation, i.e. foreign national, studied and then worked in the US for several years, thrn left the country. Applied NIW after left the country for almost 4 years and got it approved about 5 months after filed the application. Link to comment
