rr73 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Share Posted October 5, 2015 HI, I have a question regarding GC applying through Family - Myself and my wife are in H1/H4 (Indian Origin ) staying in USA and we have a baby( Born in USA). My father's sister is living in USA from 40 years and they are citizens here, can they sponsor GC to me?If yes, on which criteria she can do and also provide link to check details. I know I can apply through my employer but you guys know how long it will go so If I can apply through family based then hopefully it will be get soon. Link to comment
