Date Current, Working on W-2

Hello,

 

I filed my I-485 back in July 2007 under EB3 @ TSC. My EB2 I-140 got approved. Then I got an RFE for Medicals in May 2015. After I sent the medicals, they transferred my case to NBC. Opened an SR with USCIS. The response I got was, I will be getting an interview within six months. 

 

I am  currently employed as a W-2 employee. Does working as a W-2 employee pose any problems with the interview ?

W-2  is used for employees which is perfectly OK. You need to have an offer of permanent job in similar field until 485 is approved.
