I got the email from NVC to submit the documents to them but I understood that since I am in US I can go for AOS and for it I need not submit the documents to NVC but to go through USCIS. Please anybody can assist me with the correct process. I tried to check with NVC but no reply from them since last 45 days. Is there anybody with the similar situation? Looking forward for advise.
