naveen1308 Posted October 3, 2015 Report Share Posted October 3, 2015 My Parent came to US in Dec 2014 and after 4 months, I have applied for Visitor visa extension for 3 more months on 4/9/2015 and we never received any response from USCIS, because case was in pending/received state. My Parents left to India in Aug 2015 before completing 9 Months period. Now I received a letter from USCIS requesting RFE. RFE : Correspondence - Any Other Correspondence Evidence. Can someone suggest what they are requesting and what should I reply. Thanks, Naveen. Link to comment
