I have completed my Masters Degree (MS) in US & currently working as a Consultant in H1B Visa through an IT firm based in Florida. My Place of Birth is a Country in the Middle East/Gulf though my Citizenship is India. Would I be having the possibility of getting the Priority Date as Current or with low waiting periods when applying for PERM/Green Card through my Employer since my Country of Birth is in the Middle East/Gulf ? Would appreciate if you could provide information with this regards. Link to comment
