inferno11
Hi All, I live in the UK and planning to move to the US, and have got my h1b petition approved. However, I looking for some advice before I go for the stamping. Few months back, I got a drink drive conviction in the UK. Here they ban you from driving minimum being 9 months (based on breath test reading), I understand this was a irresponsible act, but I am concern If I should mention this when I go for h1b stamping in London, as in the UK a drink drive is a criminal offense. If I go to India for stamping and dont mention this conviction in UK, am I risking it by not mentioning about it and would they find out at the port of entry or any time later ? Can someone tell if this would affect my case ? Many thanks Link to comment
