Then I moved to Client B .Client B is in a different location. I got an H1B RFE on Employee-Employer relationship,Right to Control for Client A. Since I change to Client B ,What are my options ? Since your H1 was filed with Client A details, I guess this H1 is gone since that job doesn't exists anymore. Next time find a real employer not a consulting firm. Link to comment
