Traveling outside US when L1 extension is in process

Hi,

 

I'm currently on L1B Visa, My PED was July 5th 2015 and I94 was also same.

 

My employer has filed my L1B extension (regular) on June 15th 2015. I got an RFE and it was responded by August 30th 2015 which was well before expected response date.

I am still waiting for the decision and here are my questions :

 

1. Will it impact negatively on the decision of visa extension process if I travel outside US now before decision ? (I read on internet that it won't however however need confirmation from an expert)

2. After traveling outside US if the decision is L1b extension approved will it cause any problems in stamping ?
