I posted a strange RFE request for my F-1 OPT request 6 months ago:

USCIS finally updated the status saying, this has no details on whether they denied it or approved it or want something else. Does anybody know what needs to be done and if I can apply for an H-4 without responding to this status, I just want to plan ahead for the worst?
