quest2010
Here are the facts: 1. I have a valid H1B visa stamp, issued DEC 2012, expiring Feb 2016, on my passport. This visa stamp was issued when I was working with them and visited India. The visa stamp mentions/bears the name of my past employer (big company, I worked for full time). 2. Now I am with another employer(big company), working full time and traveling to India in Nov 2015. With this employer, my (most recent) H1B I-797 has I-94 expiring in Mar 2018. Question: Do I need to get another H1B visa stamp on my passport ? Link to comment

raj989
You don't need another visa stamp, instead at port of entry, you can provide latest employer details and they will update it. Link to comment
