omkar86
Hi I would like to ask following questions related to B1/B2 visas: Is there a CAP for B1/B2 visas on per country basis? If yes does it align with the US fiscal year i.e. April 1 to September 30 each year or does it apply quarter wise? Is there a CAP on total number of B1/B2 visas that can be issued during a fiscal year by US govt.? I would imagine that B1/B2 visa are less restrictive in nature since they are given for tourism/business purposes that help US economy. Immigration intent might be one of the concerns that opposes giving out unlimited visa. I wanted to confirm this from the experts here. Thanks for help! Omkar Link to comment
