Cleint Change on RFE for H1B Extension-Urgent

Hi Guys,

 

I got RFE today (sept 25) for H1 Extension which is getting expired on September 30, unfortunately my contract at the client A  getting over by same date.

 

So I have few concerns here-

 

1) Should we definitely submit the response including client A docs only?

2) Or Can we answer the RFE saying that i moved to different client then submitting all docs again relating to new client? ( of-course we need to  file LCA if once i moved )

 

 

Or Please suggest, if you have faced similar issue. it will really help me. Thank you.

Hi, I am same situation. My H1B Amendment and Extension was filed for client A and wee received RFE. Now my project with client A has ended and I got new project for different client B at different location for same employer. 

 

How to handle this situation?

My employer is planning to respond the RFE with LCA, Client Letter -B , SOW - B etc of new client B. Is this the right way?

 

Also , can I start working on client B immediately or after we respond the RFE or only after final decision from USCIS? Please advice.
