h1b_jay Posted September 25, 2015 Report Share Posted September 25, 2015 My H1B is approved NJ location and Employer Location LCA. I got a new client in new state IL. My employer has filed LCA for new Client 1 which is valid till Sept 30, 2015. I left that client 1 on June 30, 2015 and joined a new client 2 on July 17 which is within same MSA as IL LCA but county is different. Do I need to file a new LCA ? Link to comment
