varunsai86 Posted September 25, 2015 Report Share Posted September 25, 2015 I have a question, My H1B petition is approved for 3 years but i got my visa valid for 4 months only, have anyone faced this issue before ? What should i do to get this fixed? I asked the VO after i picked my passport they said its auto generated by system. It dint make any sense to me. Link to comment

They corrected immediately I have checked it in the consulate itself when i went to picked up my passport, i even gave my h1b copy and they verified , they got back to saying the date was auto genrated by system and they cannot change it.
