Cannot create new user in ustraveldocs.com from past 3 days

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a profile on ustraveldocs.com to book my visa appointment slot since the past 3 days and its been giving the error below;

 

 " Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted."

 "User could not be created. Please ensure First Name and Last Name are entered as they are in your passport."

 

I haven't created a DS-160 form yet. Do I need to create that first in order to create a new user ? Did anyone try to create a new user in ustraveldocs without creating a DS-160 form ?

does your email id has any dots or underscore characters? try with different email address that doesn't have any of those..

My email id seems to be fine. But my question is; Do I need to have a DS-160 form already completed before I login ?

I think this is because you might have used that email already with them for yourself or someone. Because I used my email for my self and used my email again for my wife documents but it didn't work out. so I had to use some other email ID which never used for US visa, then it worked. Your DS-160 is the key you should use email there and try to use the same here.
