If I am promoted from Software Developer to Senior Software Developer (with Salary hike) with in the same company, will I have any potential problems/issues on my Approved Labor and Approved I140 and H1B that I need to worry ? All my applications filed so far are on the Software Developer Title. Note: All the Job responsibilities and roles are still the same. Link to comment
