Difference in job title h1b vs PERM

Hi,

My previous employer is ***************, while I am resigning ***, the designation was "Assistant Consultant". My current job title in approved H1B petition is "Sr.Software Engineer". Now my current employer has started green card processing, they are about to apply prevailing wages. My attorney asked to get skilled certificate from my previous employer ***. But *** gave me experience letter with job title as "Assistant Consultant". So my attorney is applying prevailing wage with job title as Assistant consultant as my experience letter contains the same job title. But my job description and duties are same.

Will it be problem if we have Mismatch in job title of h1b and PERM or should we need to apply prevailing wage with Sr.software engineer job title?
