Position Requirement Versus Experience

Hi Joe.F and other experts,

 

I've a question regarding my eligibility for PERM Certification

 

My position requirement is:

 

Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years experience in IT and out of that 3 years relevant experience.

 

My education and experience below:

 

4 year Bachelor's Engineering Degree from India

 

1.5 years as Systems Engineer Pre bachelor's experience

1.5 years as Software Engineer Post bachelor's experience (Relevant Exp)

 

Master's degree in Systems Engineering from a reputed public US University

 

3 years as Systems Analyst experience in US at a public enterprise (Relevant Exp)

 

Do I qualify to apply for the above position?
