Today (Sept 20, 2015) I received a denial notice from USCIS by mail stating that - "Form 1 765 was filed after 30 days of the data DSO entered the recommendation for OPT into his/ her SEVIS record." This was something that no one from my college immigration team/DSO informed me about while I got all my documents reviewed from school a day before my filing. My current EAD expired on Sept 17, 2015. Please suggest what options do I have to: 1 - Continue my stay in US 2 - Continue working for my current employer in US Link to comment
