sgmf Posted September 19, 2015 Report Posted September 19, 2015 I am working for Company A, and visa (with Company A) is valid till March 2016 (after that H1 extension needs to be applied). I entered US on company A visa and didn't change companies during my stay. I am going to India (with family) this month for vacation. If company A fires me during vacation time, can I come back to US on the same H1 petition/visa? Can I switch to other company? Please let me know what options I have. Thanks.
