H1B renew stamping In Vancouver - Got 221G Yellow

Interview Date:   8th Sept 2015, Morning 9.30AM

 

Me: Good morning sir

VO: Can i see your passport and 797

 

I have passed my passport and petition to VO.

 

VO: Hmm i cannot pull your petition information in my system, give me sometime

 

He is keep on trying and went to other system and tried there and finally came to me and asked about my employer details, and finally told I need to do some background check and moreover i am not able to pull your petition in my system.

 

I am giving you 221 Yellow, the admin process will take a week or two, once your visa is approved you will get an email or I will call you if i need any other documents from you, bye.

 

Me: sure bye sir, have a great day.

 

 

I am belongs to EVVC model, and I have all supporting documents, but VO have not asked a single document or single question regarding my present client/salary/job.

 

 

Its been almost 2 weeks, but still my application status is showing as "Admin Processing...."

No update..!!

 

Just avoid Vancouver, If you go to the CHINKU officer he will simply give 221G.

 

You can still come to Vancouver but ask leaves for 30-45 days in your office for safe side.

I am in the same boat. Chinku gave me 221g after asking about my I-140 and then doing some research in his computer. The only question he asked was "Did my company filed I-140 for me". I said yes and showed him approval notice.

 

I will post my visa experience soon.

 

I wanted to ask you that is your visa approved or still pending?
