Indian Born having austrelian Citizen

   I have a friend who is a Indian Citizen but now they have taken a Austrelian Citizen.

 

What do they need to get into USA to Work here. 

Will they  come under same category just like Indian coming here or they have any other category to Come here.

For an H1, nationality is irrelevant.

For a Green card, country of birth matters.

EB Immigration is based on country of birth. Your friend could GOOGLE E3 visa which applies to Australian Citizens.

They can come on E3 visa if Australian Citizen. Very easy: if they have job offer, take LCA and job offer letter to consulate. It is fairly simple process. But job offer is required.
