mahaseeb99 Posted September 18, 2015 Report Posted September 18, 2015 Hi All, Thanks in advance for help...I have I-140 approved through employer A and I work for employer B...I have not yet started my perm processing through my new employer..now my question is According to new Bulleting rules would i be able to file for I-485 if my date beocme current...or do i have to do the labor again through my new employer.... I asked my lawyer and according to him...no need to file new labor...as long as I have the I-140 which is not revoked...I should be able to do the I-485 filing... Please suggest and clarify....
