My husband has completed 3 years of our H1 b visa and have filed for extension.

Now we want to start our GC process he need to switch the current company,

Which place do we have options of Labour or Perm being filed faster

As some states we can get it in few months approved I140.

Could you please suggest so we can look out for projects accordingly as I m marketing his resume .
