Form I-797 approval notice for Form I-140

Hi Friends,

 

My employer is reluctant to give my Form I-797 approval notice for Form I-140. I know there is a way to get it from USCIS's Freedom of Information Act.But People are saying there are getting I140 approved copy but not  I-797 approval notice for Form I-140. Is that true? Is there a way to get  Form I-797 approval notice for Form I-140? Please let me know.
