H1 B extension filed. Extension for H4 also filed (I-539) Case is pending with USCIS. I-94 getting expired on 10/10 for both of us.

Hello Experts,

I have my H1 B extension filed on August 5th along with extension for H4 (I-539). Case is pending with USCIS. But I-94 expires on 10/10 for both of us.  I know the 240 day rule for the H1B Extension. What about H4?

Till H4 EOS petition is adjudicated your spouse can stay in US.
