Urgent: H1b amendment pending with old employer and H1b transfer for new employer

I am in a situation where:

 

H1b amendment was filed a few days back to account for a client / location change with Employer A. it is still pending and have not got the approval yet. Meanwhile got a job at Employer B and H1b transfer will be initiated in parallel.

 

Constraints: My h1b visa got expired but i have my h1b extension approved. I will be travelling to India (exiting the US) as i am completing my project soon and i might have to get my visa stamped for the re entry

 

1. Would there be an issue with H1b transfer to Employer B due to the pending amendment with Employer A?

 

2. Is it enough if i get the h1b transfer approval notice from Employer B mailed back to my international address for me to use during the new stamping?

 

Please help. it is quite urgent.
