pradeepcsu Posted September 17, 2015 Report Posted September 17, 2015 My appointment was at 7:00 AM By 7:30 my interview started as I was the first person on that day. Officer was young Asian guy. Me: Good Morning! VO: Good Morning! VO: After trying to enter the 797 information on the system,I am unable to pull the petition on my system, It might delay your process. Me: OK VO: You are working with this employer for a quite a long time? Me: Yes VO: Same Employer, Same Client, Extension? Me: Yes VO: Responsibilities Me: He stopped me after mentioning 2. VO: You did masters in USA? Me: Yes, XXX University. VO: I am unable to pull your petition on my system. I will try to work on this today afternoon. If I can fix this ..your visa will be issued by tomorrow and gave me a green slip. in case If I am unable to fix it and If I have to ask for back office help it might take 1 to 2 weeks and gave me a yellow slip. Not even a single document was asked. Interview was very short and I came out by 7:35 with both green and yellow slips. Same thing happened to other person who attended at 7:15. I am not sure if my issue is related to PIMS. My status still showing as Administrative Processing. If anybody is on the same boat contact me at profilename at gmail Thanks.
rd9999 Posted September 18, 2015 Report Posted September 18, 2015 Hi Pradeepcsu, Is your amendment approved just before you went for stamping?? i am just curious. May be their database is not in sync with USCIS approved petitions, Could be PIMPS verification.
