Yodastar Posted September 16, 2015 Report Posted September 16, 2015 Hi, My I-94 expired when my papport expired (This is before my H1-B visa expir date). Our company attorney filed for extension stating extraordinary circumstances for delay in filing. The RFE is requesting additional evidence for proving extraordinary circumstances. What should I do now?
