I was wondering if Can she travel to India in Dec and come back on same H4 visa if we don't get update on visa. and if her visa is accepted before December.
jairichi Posted September 15, 2015 Report Posted September 15, 2015 If her H1B petition is approved and if she wants to work on H1B then she has to enter US with a valid H1B visa and I797.
