Questions on I-539 - H1 to H4 with I-140 approved

Hello,

 

I came to the US in 2006 on L1b visa. Moved to H1b visa in Oct 2010 and have my I-140 approved with a priority date of July 2011.

Due to some personal reasons, I need to move to H4 on my husbands H1 visa for some time. I am filling the I-539 for the change of status.

Could someone please tell me what do I need to fill in for the following questions since I have my I-140 approved? Thanks much in advance.

Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

@h1h4query1 - What did you answer for Question 3 and Question 4?

I know "jairichi" had answered it, but just wanted to make sure. Because i am exactly in the same situation.
