If so can you please post the time lines and type of employment? I am just trying to understand the timelines.

Some were approved on the 4th, some on the 8th. However after the 8th it seems no case has been approved. Many cases received by USCIS on the 1st are pending like mine. Hopefully we will all hear something on the 15th, which in theory is the last day when USCIS must respond to the premium processing cases received on the 1st.

virulent41 Posted September 18, 2015 Report Posted September 18, 2015 Filed in April/2015 as regular processing Upgraded in July/2015 to Premium processing Got RFE and Responded in August/2015 Online Status changed to "Requested evidence received" on 09/01/2015 Still showing same status( 17 DAYS SO FAR) - Don't know when they will take a decision. IF WE GET AN RFE WHILE PREMIUM PROCESSING- WILL THAT BE CONVERTED TO REGULAR PROCESSING OR WILL THEY PROCESS IN 15 DAYS?? Thank you

I filed mine and it is past 15 days and it is still not approved Hi cprakash1995, Can you share your USCIS receive date, Receipt generate date and did you get any approval/denial/RFE for your case ? I am also in same boat. Mine is receipt date sept3,2015 and still status has not changed from "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed". Good luck to you.
cprakash1995 Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 Initial recieved date was April 20, Upgraded to premium processing in end of August. Approved on September 25(No RFE). It was approved after the 15 day period
