Name mismatch Between SOW and H1b Visa application

Hi, 

 

I recently changed my employer from company A to company B. 

 

Company B applied for H1b transfer, And I started working for company B client in the new location with them after getting the receipt number. 

 

But unfortunately I got RFE for my H1B transfer. 

 

The main document they asked are Signed SOW between company B & Client , Reporting Manger details and Signed offer letter or payslip. 

 

I got all these documents from company B including SOW document. 

 

My Name is 

First Name : X

Last Name : Y Z (Its very big last name with 22 characters)

 

The company B offer letter, payslip, Visa transfer application every where the name is mentioned correctly. 

 

In client SOW document, since client unable to accommodate my full name in their system. 

 

They enter my name as 

 

My First Name : X

Middle Name : First Character of Y(say for e.g if it ABC they have only A)

Last Name: Z

 

But in other documents LCA, company B offer letter, Pay slip etc all has the correct name as it is in my previous petition, visa and SSN. 

 

Only in client SOW they is slip mismatch in "Last Name". Will this create problem during my RFE response.
