vikkyd1 Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 I have approved I-140 from my previous employer with PD Sept 2010 (EB2). My new employer filled PERM in July 2015. With October visa bulletin PD 2011 what would be my best approaches? 1. Can my old employer file for EAD since GC is for future employment? ( I have good relation with old employer) 2. Should I wait until my PERM approves from the new employer and apply for EAD and I-140 concurrently? I guess it would take at least 6 months to approve my PERM. Do you think the date will retrogress? 3. Move to old employer and get EAD then move to new employer? Please suggest.
