How to get a job, Work Visa & Green Card

Hello,

 

I am an engineer(from India) with Business Mgmt diploma (from Canada). Would like to seek a job, work visa and eventually green card.

 

What are the steps to achieve these? I've heard of consultants but I am not entirely aware of the process & how things works there.

You apply for a job, just like everybody else.

You have to let the potential employer know that you need sponsorship.

So I have to get a job, apply for US work visa and then ask the employee sponsor me?? It sounds so simple, I'm sure its much more than just this.

Getting a job and an H1 visa for that job is the hard part...
