KarthickImmigrationAsk Posted September 10, 2015 Report Posted September 10, 2015 I received a new job and the new employer filed my H-1B change of employer petition with USCIS. I'm still working for the old employer with valid visa till May 2016. I have an upcoming international travel that couldn't be avoided. What will happen if I travel while my H-1B change of employer is pending with USCIS?. Is there any danger that petition will be canceled? or Since i have the valid VISA with my old employer with whom I'm currently working, will i be able to return without any issues to the pending petition?. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
