Successful first time F1 to H1(4th year) in Vancouver

This was my first time H1 stamping. Interview date was Sep 1st 9:00 AM(Tuesday) in Vancouver.

 

Went an hour early than scheduled time and was asked to wait until 30 mins before the interview but let in about 50  mins before. 

 

The interview was quick and only few questions asked. Here it goes.

 

Me: Good Morning!

VO: Good Morning!

 

VO: Who do you work for?

Me: XXX employer

 

VO: Show me your offer letter and LCA

Me: Showed it

 

VO: Who is your client

Me: XXX company

 

VO: Show me your pay stubs

Me: Showed the pay stubs from last one year. 

 

VO: OK your visa is approved and you will get it in 3-4 days

Me: Thanks!! have a nice day.

 

Me: Jumped in the air, did somersault on the street and went all over Vancouver. Got the email Wednesday midnight and picked up the passport Thursday morning.
