EB2 I-140 Approved - Oct 2015 Info

Hello,

 

My previous company has a Approved I-140 under EB2. I don't have a copy of approved I-140.

 

#1)  My current employer is applied for my GC Labor under EB2 in June 2015- its In progress of my GC labor application with current employer.

       

My Priority Date is in 2010 Nov with previous employer.  Could you recommend me how to apply I-485 ? What are my ways/opportunities to apply I-485 now?

 

I don't like miss opportunity for applying my I-485 with the recent Priority date changes.

 

#2) I can apply I-485 now by using my current employer, without involvement of my prior employer, if I get a copy of my approved Nov 2010 I-140 copy (This is EB3 to EB2 conversion approved copy) ? What are my chances on here ?

Hi, i dont think the new employer can apply I-485 for you without Labor/I-140 approved from new employer.

 

So in your case your old employer has to apply for I-485 for you in good faith that you will work for them in future.
