I have approved i140 from my previous employer, I haven't started my GC with my new employer, can I file EAD directly without applying for labor?

I have approved I140 from my previous employer((feb.2011 approved), I changed 2 employers meantime, worked 1 year with x company and after that moved 6 months back to new company z. didn't file my GC with any of them? so is it possible for me to apply directly 485 or EAD through my new employer without applying Perm and 140 using old employers approved I140?

First check whether that I140 is active. If yes I485 can be filed when your PD is current.
