madhan_dc Posted September 9, 2015 Report Posted September 9, 2015 I came across this VISA bulletin where it says that for October the priority date cut off is july 2011. Is that true? My PD is April 2010, does that mean I can apply for 485? Please share your thoughts. thanks.
JoeF Posted September 10, 2015 Report Posted September 10, 2015 The Visa Bulletin for October indeed says that for EB2-India: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/law-and-policy/bulletin/2016/visa-bulletin-for-october-2015.html If you fall in that category, and your PD is older, then you can indeed file an I-485 from Oct. 1 on.
