Oct 2015 Visa Bulletin - eligibility to file 485 - Change of Employer

HI,

 

According to Oct 2015 visa bulletin, July-01-2011 is 485 Filing Cut off Date.

 

My PD:Mar 02 2011 but problem is I have approved I140 with my previous employer and got approved in Aug 2011. I have started working for new employer since Dec 2014.

 

I am eligible to file 485 based on new rule?

First you need to check with your previous employer to find out they have not rollback your I-140. 

 

If that is not revoked, you can change POD with your new I-140.

I checked with my previous employer and they told that my I-140 is not revoked and it is still active.
