uppalasree Posted September 9, 2015 Report Posted September 9, 2015 Hello, I have 2 i140s approved from same employer with different Priority Dates. EB3 - March 2011 (PD) EB2 - Sept 2011. (PD) Can i port the priority date of EB2 to March 2011 with out applying i140 again. Any help in this regards are really appreciated.
