AroraGC
Hi, My eb3 case (filed 2.5years ago on H1B at senior manager level) PERM got approved 5 month ago, my employer is asking to submit i140 before deadline of 6 months, to protect the priority date. Meanwhile since i was in India for last 1.5years, came back on L1A (same senior manager role) and now qualified for EB1c....my employer will submit i140 for EB1c in around 3months due to backlog of applications they have. - Any risk of having 2 i140s on a gap of 2-4months....first one of EB3 and next on EB1c ? - should i stop i-140 for eb3 and let go of eb3 priority date? Obviously would like to avoid any impact to EB1c case....please advise. Link to comment

rahul412
Why don't you file your I140 under premium? How can a senior manager position filed under EB3?? Something is wrong in your case, looks like EB1 abuse. Link to comment

jairichi
Probably it was a policy at that time and now they revamped their policy. Link to comment
