I have entered US on 01.29.2014 and my visa was stamped until 08.30.2014 My Employer has applied for an extension on 07.01.2014 and my H1B is extended until 12.31.2015 I have switched my employer and the new employer has filed for transfer + extension and it is approved until 12.07.2017 Please let me know , whether i am eligible for Dropbox Stamping?
KumarKP Posted September 8, 2015 Report Posted September 8, 2015 Change of employer is no more constraint for drop box eligibility. If you satisfy all other requirements, then you will be eligible for drop box.
