Hi all,

Good day!

Below is friends complex situation.

1. Got my first h1 approval (I-797B, eac-aa) on aug 2012. Didnt have client letter so couldnt go for stamping.

2. When i got my client letter my employer filed ameded petition since it had location change also. Got my petition approved (I-797B, eac-bb)but RFE for stamping. Eventually due to delay my client took some one else on my position. When uscis verified with my client he refused and verification turned negative as a misrepresentation.

3. Then i got a new employer , new location and a new client. Now my new emploer filled a ameded petition requesting consular processing. But i got a I-797A (eac-cc) not I-797b.

4. All my I-797b eac numbers shows revoked.

Now i have the below queries,

1. Since i have a valid i-797a with I-94 printed valid. Am I eligible for working?

2. Can I change my emploer by filling a transfer or would it get attention of uscis and get my only valid eaccc also being revoked?

3. Do i have cap eligibility for filling a transfer.

4. Since all 797B are revoked. Will my transfer petition get approved?

5. This is the firat time am entering us on H1. What would be my 6 yr period keeping in mind all my I-797b's have been revoked.
