H4 spouse in USA, while H1B spouse is away

Hi,

 

My spouse is on H4. He is studying a course here, due to which he can travel to home country only after a week of my travel. We plan to travel back together later to USA.

 

Is this ok, that if H4 spouse stays in USA for a short time(1-2 weeks), while H1B spouse is away?
