pyaramati07 Posted September 3, 2015 Report Posted September 3, 2015 My I-94 expires in 15 days and Visa expires in 30 days . I am in India and my company filed for a H1 B extension . Can i come back now before my I-94 expires or should i wait until i get my new H1 B go for stamping and then come back ?
jairichi Posted September 3, 2015 Report Posted September 3, 2015 Outside US I94 has no value. It is your visa and petition validity that matters. If your visa and H1B petition are valid you can return back to US.
